Eligibility

Users must be able to form legally binding contracts in their jurisdiction and must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required to enter into a contract where they are located. Institutions, fund managers, NGOs, and advisors are welcome. Example: a social-impact fund registering to monitor grantees should ensure their account administrator is authorized to share organizational data.

Individuals must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Organizations must appoint an authorized representative who is 18 or older to manage the account.

You agree to use FundLhubTrack lawfully, without violating export controls, sanctions, or privacy laws. Example: do not upload restricted third-party datasets without required permissions.

FundLhubTrack operates from Singapore and may be subject to local restrictions. Some features or integrations may not be available in all jurisdictions due to regulatory or contractual limits.

Accounts and Security

Account registration requires an email, organization name (if applicable), and an administrator contact. Accounts enable importing transaction data, configuring ethical criteria, and generating reports. Use case example: a charity sets up a project-level account to segregate donation streams and track outcomes.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date. If account data changes (for example, address or authorized signatory), update your account promptly to avoid processing errors.

Protect your credentials and limit access to trusted personnel. Implement multi-factor authentication where available. Example scenario: a fund manager should revoke access for departing staff to maintain data integrity.

Accounts are personal to the registered user or organization and may not be transferred without our written consent.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately via the contact details below and change your credentials. Provide a scenario and relevant timestamps to help contribute.

We may suspend or restrict accounts for security reasons, suspected abuse, or legal compliance. In such cases we will provide notice and a description of the issue where permitted by law.

Service Description

FundLhubTrack provides software tools to import, tag, analyze, and report fund flows with configurable ethical alignment criteria. Features include dashboards, automated imports, integration connectors, and downloadable reports. Example workflows: cross-checking grantee activity against an ethical policy, or generating an audit-ready trail for donors.

We may modify features, integrations, or interfaces to improve service or meet compliance obligations. When changes affect core functionality, we will publish a migration guide and practical examples to assist users in adapting workflows.

We strive to make services available but do not promise continuous, uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical. Example: a planned connector upgrade may cause temporary import delays.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with acceptable use rules to protect data integrity, respect privacy, and maintain platform reliability. Breaches may lead to corrective action including suspension.

  • Do not upload data that violates privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Do not use FundLhubTrack for fraudulent activities, funds laundering, or to disguise the origin of funds.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer integrations.
  • Respect rate limits on APIs and integrations; abusive traffic that degrades service is prohibited.
  • Ensure consent is obtained for personal data uploaded to the platform when required by law.
  • Do not publish defamatory, harassing, or illegal content in user-visible fields.
  • Cooperate with reasonable contribute into misuse and provide requested information to support remediation.

User Content

User content includes data imports, tags, notes, and custom criteria you configure. You retain ownership of the data you upload, subject to the license below which enables the service to operate.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Example: a foundation uploading grant agreements continues to own those agreements and controls access within FundLhubTrack.

By uploading content you grant FundLhubTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process the content to provide the service, perform backups, and comply with legal obligations. This license is limited to operations necessary to run the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring user content is lawful, accurate, and that you have necessary rights to upload it. If your content includes third-party personal data, you should confirm legal basis for processing.

You may remove or export your content using account tools. Removal requests affecting backups or data in shared reports may take additional time to propagate; we will explain expected timelines in the specific removal scenario.

Intellectual Property

FundLhubTrack and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, activity, and documentation. User uploads do not transfer ownership of our platform IP.

  • Do not copy or redistribute our software or documentation without written permission.
  • Do not create derivative services that replicate core FundLhubTrack functionality.
  • Report any suspected IP infringement to our legal contact with relevant details and examples.

Paid Services

Paid services include premium analytics, connector access, higher API limits, and priority support. Use cases: an asset manager upgrading to enable automated monthly ethical audits across 50 collection.

Pricing is published on FundLhubTrack pricing pages and may vary by volume, feature set, and contract length. Example: an NGO may choose a fixed-fee plan for up to five projects, while a commercial fund might select a tiered plan based on collection count.

Payments are processed through our designated payment processors. You must provide valid payment information and keep it current. For recurring payments, you authorize us to charge the provided method on renewal dates.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation steps and timing are described in your plan details and support documentation.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service, usage patterns, and plan terms. For example, unused full-month subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds under specified conditions; see the subscription terms for details.

To cancel a paid service, follow account settings or contact billing support. Cancellation does not usually delete account data immediately; export instructions and retention scenarios are provided to assist orderly offboarding.

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with paid services. We may collect taxes where required by law and will itemize them on invoices.

We may change pricing for new or renewing subscriptions. Existing contractual arrangements remain subject to their terms until renewal.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services after notice. We will provide scenarios and timelines before suspending mission-critical functions where feasible.

Disclaimer

FundLhubTrack provides tools and information to assist with ethical fund tracking. Content, recommendations, and reports are for informational purposes and should not be relied on as legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for validating results against their internal policies and applicable law. Example: an ethics alignment score is an indicator to inform further review rather than a final compliance determination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundLhubTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including data inaccuracies or delayed imports. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 6 months, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Third-party integrations and services may have separate terms. FundLhubTrack is not responsible for third-party content, reliability, or practices. Example: if a connector fails to sync due to a provider API change, resolution depends on the third party and our connector update timeline.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for breach, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity. Users may close accounts via the account settings; deactivation steps and data export options are provided in the closure workflow.

Upon termination, access to account features will cease and scheduled tasks will stop. Data retention and deletion follow our privacy policy and any applicable legal retention requirements. Example: records required for audit may be retained in read-only archives for a defined period.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data. It includes examples of rights requests and practical scenarios for data handling. Privacy inquiries may be directed to [email protected].

Communications

We communicate system notices, account updates, and optional marketing by email or in-product notifications. You can manage notification preferences in account settings. Example: account security alerts are sent by email and, if enabled, SMS.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect feature changes, regulatory requirements, or operational updates. We will provide notice of material changes and examples of how modifications affect common workflows where relevant.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be addressed under Singapore law unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes, parties should first attempt informal resolution with our support team. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or court in Singapore. Practical case scenario: contractual billing disputes typically follow a documented escalation path before formal proceedings.
