Practical workflows for ethical accountability
We present stepwise examples and reproducible scenarios that show how FundLhubTrack generates traceable records. Each workflow includes inputs, applied rules, and sample outputs so teams can reproduce results during audits or stakeholder reviews. The emphasis is on verifiable steps rather than broad claims.

International data transfers
FundLhubTrack may transfer data to jurisdictions outside your country to operate hosted services and engage third-party providers. Transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable law and documented safeguards.
When transferring data internationally we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, vendor contractual obligations, encryption and access restrictions to protect personal data.

Support messages, communications and in-app notes are retained for operational purposes and to assist future support requests; retention periods vary but are reviewed regularly.

Access and Rights Requests
At FundLhubTrack you can request access to personal data we hold, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable. Typical requests include: (1) data export for account portability, (2) correction of contact details after a funding transaction, (3) deletion of profiling data used for ethical scoring. Submit requests via the contact methods below or through your account settings. When making a request, include a brief scenario (for example, "I uploaded donor lists on behalf of a charity and need an export") so we can locate relevant records efficiently.
We aim to acknowledge receipt of rights requests within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days. Complex requests that require third-party coordination may take longer; when that happens we will explain the steps and an expected timeline in our reply.
Marketing Communications
We use contact details you provide to send account updates, optional product news, and service improvements relevant to FundLhubTrack. Marketing messages are based on preferences you set in account settings and on interaction scenarios such as attending a webinar or signing up for a trial. Messaging is limited to topics you opted into and tailored to the context of fund tracking and ethical alignment.
To stop receiving marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or update your preferences in account settings. For scenario-specific unsubscribes (for example, event follow-ups), select the relevant checkbox on the event or campaign form.
Children's Privacy
FundLhubTrack is intended for institutional users, fund managers, NGOs, and consenting adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data where required by applicable law. Example: if an intern under 13 is listed on a donor spreadsheet uploaded by an organization, we will flag and remove the record after verification.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform integrates with payment processors, verification services, and analytics providers. Links to external sites (for example, payment gateway dashboards or third-party ethics data providers) are provided for convenience. Scenarios: when you connect a payment processor, that provider’s privacy terms apply to transactions; when you import a third-party ethics score, the provider determines the score calculation. We recommend reviewing third-party policies before connecting or importing.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
FundLhubTrack updates this privacy policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Last updated: 04-01-2026. When changes are material, we will post a prominent notice on FundLhubTrack and, where appropriate, notify registered account holders. Example: if we add a new data-sharing integration, we will explain the integration, the data types involved, and how to opt out.
